Nickel / NickelChromium

Nickel Ni is the standard quality. The Nickel foam (Ni) has excellent properties for battery and electrolysis applications, due to its good conductivity. Nickelchromium NC and NCX are qualities with higher strenght and better chemical and abrasion resistance.

Nickel-Chromium  NC has inherent good properties for use in structures where strength, high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance are required. It has been observed that RECEMAT NC has similar corrosion resistance like materials such as Inconel®.

Nickel-Chromium-Extra NCX.  When even better properties are required RECEMAT has developed ways to alloy the Nickel-Chromium with extra chromium. An upgrade that has resulted in even better corrosion resistance and higher strength.

Nickel-Chromium-Aluminium  NCAX.  Nickel Chromium alloyed with Aluminium to improve oxidation resistance of the material at high temperatures, such as found in premixed gas burners. The top layer of aluminium is converted into aluminium oxide, a very stable material.
